MAKING ICE-CREAM


Equipment
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon sugar
4 cups crushed ice
4 tablespoons salt
1 small size Zip-loc bag
1 Large Zip-loc freezer bag
A hand towel or gloves to keep fingers from freezing as well!




Methodology

1.First Mix the milk, than the vanilla then sugar in the small sized bag.
2. Seal the bag tightly and that allow hardly any air to stay in.
3.Too much air left will make holes and drip while shaking.
4.Get your bigger bag and grab ice and put in then sprinkle salt over the ice.

Than shake with towel or gloves  

Outcome

Well the outcome of it was good but mine was quite runny but it was still YUMMY!.
